A 'Superload' will start its long and difficult journey through Melbourne on Wednesday night, with traffic disruptions expected.
The massive 372-tonne, 82-metre convoy is leaving from Glen Waverley about 10pm en route to the Dundonnell Windfarm in western Victoria, where it's due to arrive on Sunday.

Powering along at just 25kph, the five-metre wide Superload will be taking up the entire width of the road, so it can't be overtaken.
And its sheer size means some extraordinary measures need to be taken to allow it to navigate the roads.
